Apart from work on projects, organizing seminars, actions and the library, Roma Information Center (RIC) helps Roma and non-Roma population within different sorts of humanitarian help.
Roma Information Center (RIC) is daily visited by representatives of donor organizations, collegues from the other Roma and non-Roma non-governmental organizations, experts in the fields of law, medicine, psychology, sociology, etc.
Each project of RIC, each seminar, each help, each book are directed toward the accomplishing of the mission of Roma Information Center: Improvement of the Roma life with keeping their own culture and tradition.
Helping the other NGOs in their work
Roma Information Center helps (by its experience and expertise) in founding new Roma and non-Roma NGOs, such as writing a statute, writing a project, informing on addresses of donors, information on grants. The representatives of NGOs who don't have computers, have an access to electonic mail, fax, telephone.
Roma Information Center gives recommendations to the other Roma and non-Roma NGOs (also to donors), when the NGOs submit projects to donors.

News in the Roma language called >Nevipe< began to be broadcasted on Kragujevac television in the beginning of September 2000, every day between 3 and 4 p.m. The news are edited by Kragujevac television and Roma Information Center (RIC).
